My Desk
Knows your office. Who's who, how things run, how your boss decides. You stop explaining everything from the beginning.
Organized AI · The six-week course
You answer the thread, rebuild the schedule, and write the same three emails you wrote yesterday. Everyone is teaching AI to your boss. This course is for you.
Organized AI is a six-week live course that teaches executive assistants, virtual assistants, office managers and front-desk staff to build three AI employees on their own real work.
Three AI employees, built by you, doing real work at your desk.
An AI employee is what some people call an AI agent or a custom AI assistant. It's an AI you've trained to do one job the way your office does it. You're the manager. You hire it, train it and check its work.
Knows your office. Who's who, how things run, how your boss decides. You stop explaining everything from the beginning.
Writes like the person you support. Replies, client updates and announcements that sound like them, ready for you to check.
Drafts answers to the twenty questions your office gets most, and flags the ones a person has to handle.
You also leave with two written procedures anyone in your office can follow, and a one-page record of what you built to show your boss or your clients.
Week 01
You learn to write instructions that work the first time, on tasks you do every week. You also learn the line: what never goes into an AI tool.
You leave with: two working instructions for your own tasks, and your never-paste checklist.
Week 02
You build an AI employee that holds your office's context and standing instructions, trained on how your boss or client communicates and decides.
You leave with: your first AI employee, My Desk.
Week 03
Representing someone else's voice is the job. You train an AI employee to draft in it, then test it live on a real email thread.
You leave with: your second AI employee, Voice Match.
Week 04
You load your office's real questions and policies. It drafts accurate answers, sorts a booking from a billing question from a new lead, and follows one rule: when in doubt, a person answers.
You leave with: your third AI employee, tested against real past questions.
Week 05
With permission, you connect one tool, like your email, files or calendar. You use AI on messy spreadsheet work and run one piece of real research for an office decision.
You leave with: one live connection, or the request to your manager already written.
Week 06
You turn one process that lives in your head into steps someone else can follow without asking a single question. Then you present what you built.
You leave with: two written procedures and your one-page record.
Safety is the first lesson, and it comes back every week.
Patient records. Client files. Payroll. Contracts. Anything with a name on it. You'll know exactly where the line is before you build anything, because if it goes wrong, it's your name on it.

Subject: A course I'd like to take Hi [your boss's name], I'd like to take Organized AI, a six-week live course for assistants and office staff. It teaches me to build three AI employees for the work I do here every week: one that knows how our office runs, one that drafts in your voice, and one that answers the questions we get most. It's one 60-minute session a week, in the evening, so it doesn't take me away from my desk. The first lesson is what never goes into an AI tool, and I won't connect anything to a work account without your OK. At the end I'll hand you a one-page record of what I built and what it handles now. Here's the course: https://organizedai.co/course/ Would you be open to covering it? Thank you, [your name]
The best AI training for an executive assistant is built around executive-support work: the inbox, the calendar, briefings and writing in your executive's voice. Organized AI is a six-week live course built for that work. You build three AI employees on your own tasks and you learn what never goes into an AI tool.

No. You're not a beginner at work. You're a beginner at one tool, and we start from the beginning.
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Microsoft Copilot. You'll need your own account with one of them.
Not to start. You work with what you type or paste in. Connecting a work account in week five is optional, and we give you a one-page request for your manager.
One 60-minute live session and one to two hours of practice on your real work. The practice is the work you were already going to do.
